Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

1. Scope of Service & Transaction Channels

FFdaffastore operates as an independent direct store for Honkai: Star Rail accounts. Orders can be completed via direct transfer (faster processing) or through reputable third-party escrow marketplaces (such as Itemku) upon buyer request.

2. Handover & Verification Process

Upon payment confirmation, account credentials will be handed over via direct chat (WhatsApp, Discord, or platform order chat). The buyer may choose one of two binding methods:

  • Self-Bind: Buyer logs in directly and completes the email/phone binding independently, with verification codes forwarded by the seller in real-time.
  • Admin-Assisted Bind: Buyer provides their new personal email and the seller guides or completes the full binding process step-by-step until the account is securely linked.

Buyers must provide a clean, unregistered email for binding. Either method is fully supported at no additional cost.

3. 3-Month Full Coverage Guarantee (90 Days)

Every account is backed by a 3-month (90-day) protection period starting from the timestamp of delivery completion. If the account experiences a confirmed loss of access or hackback arising from pre-existing account origins during this window, the buyer is entitled to choose between:

  • Unit Replacement: A verified replacement account of equivalent progression, characters, and market value; OR
  • 100% Full Refund: Complete return of the purchase price via the original payment method.

4. Warranty Exclusions

The 3-month guarantee is strictly void under the following conditions occurring after handover:

  • Use of unauthorized third-party software, bots, macros, speed hacks, or modified game clients.
  • Purchases of in-game currency through unauthorized / illegal third-party top-up sellers resulting in negative stellar jades or financial chargeback bans.
  • Account sharing, resale, or sublicensing to third parties.
